Lentil Bolognese and Spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 packet of spaghetti
1 tin lentils
2 tsp olive oil
1 onion, diced or shredded
4 cloves garlic
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ tsp thyme
2 tbsp mixed herbs
½ tsp salt
1 pasta sauce jar
Method:
Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions
Sauce: Heat frying pan over med heat, add oil, garlic & onion. Add dash of salt and cook for 4mins. Add carrots, herb and salt. Cover and cook for 5min - stir in between.
Rinse and drain lentils.
Add sauce jar, lentils, and herbs of choice. Bring to boil, simmer for 5mins. Taste and adjust flavor.
