Butter Chicken and Veg

Ingredients:

  • Butter chicken recipe base

  • 1 tin lentils

  • 1 tin mixed veggies

  • 1 tin crushed/diced tomatoes

  • 2 cups rice

  • 500g chicken breast diced/sliced

Method:

  • Set rice to boil in large saucepan

  • Fry chicken breast on low/medium heat until just cooked through

  • Add recipe base and tinned veggies, mix well

  • Simmer on low until rice is cooked

  • Drain rice and serve
