Butter Chicken and Veg

Ingredients:
Butter chicken recipe base
1 tin lentils
1 tin mixed veggies
1 tin crushed/diced tomatoes
2 cups rice
500g chicken breast diced/sliced
Method:
Set rice to boil in large saucepan
Fry chicken breast on low/medium heat until just cooked through
Add recipe base and tinned veggies, mix well
Simmer on low until rice is cooked
Drain rice and serve
