Loaded Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes

  • 1 can baked beans

  • 1 can tuna

  • 1 can lentils

  • Mixed herbs

  • Optional: cheese, mayo, butter, salt & pepper, sauces for flavour. 

Method

  • Bake or microwave potatoes (5-8mins) until soft.

  • Heat baked beans and lentils. Drain tuna and mix with herbs or mayo.

  • Cut potato open in half, fluff inside with fork and season with salt and pepper.

  • Top potato halves with beans/tuna/lentils.

  • Add optional toppings. Serve hot.
