Bean & Rice Burrito Wraps

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
1 can black beans or kidney beans
Tortilla wraps
2 tbsp Bolognaise sauce or salsa
½ tsp mixed herbs
½ can canned corn
Cheese - as desired
Method
Cook rice: Boil 1 cup rice with 2 cups water & a pinch of salt, then cover and simmer on low for 10–15 minutes.
Heat beans: Drain canned beans & corn and heat in a pan over medium.
Season: Stir in salsa, mushrooms & mixed herbs, cook 3–4 minutes.
Mix filling: Add 1–1½ cups cooked rice to the beans and cook 2–3 minutes until hot.
Assemble: Spoon filling into wraps, add optional cheese or hot sauce, fold in sides, and roll into burritos.
