Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:
1 packet pasta
2 cans tuna
1 can tomatoes
1 Tsp mixed herbs
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 Tsp sugar
Capers/Olives (optional)
Chilli flakes/powder (optional)
Method:
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
While it cooks, heat a little oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped garlic (or garlic powder), chili flakes (optional) and dried herbs.
Add canned tomatoes and sugar (which neutralises acidity).
Simmer 5–10 mins to thicken slightly.
Stir in tuna add capers/olives as optional extra. Warm 2–3 mins.
Toss drained pasta into sauce, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
