Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Dolmio Bolognese sauce

  • 1 tin mixed veggies of choice

  • 500g pasta

  • 1 onion

  • Grated cheese

  • 500g beef or chicken mince. Can substitute with 2 tins of lentils/chickpeas/beans drained

  • Mixed herbs to taste


Method:

  • Boil pasta in water in a pot

  • Meanwhile, dice and fry the onion. Once brown, add the meat mince until cooked

  • Drain the mixed veggies and add to the mince. Fry briefly before adding the bolognese sauce and mixed herbs.

  • Set the bolognese mix to simmer until the pasta is cooked.

  • Combine and serve.
