Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients:
1 jar Dolmio Bolognese sauce
1 tin mixed veggies of choice
500g pasta
1 onion
Grated cheese
500g beef or chicken mince. Can substitute with 2 tins of lentils/chickpeas/beans drained
Mixed herbs to taste
Method:
Boil pasta in water in a pot
Meanwhile, dice and fry the onion. Once brown, add the meat mince until cooked
Drain the mixed veggies and add to the mince. Fry briefly before adding the bolognese sauce and mixed herbs.
Set the bolognese mix to simmer until the pasta is cooked.
Combine and serve.
