Chicken Zinger Drumsticks

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken drumsticks
¼ cup cornflour
2 tsp of each: garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and mustard powder
¼ - ½ tsp cayenne pepper. (optional Zing)
1 egg
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
4 large wraps
60g packet baby spinach or lettuce
1-2 tomato, chopped
100g grated cheddar cheese
Method:
Preheat oven to 200C .
Roll each of the drumsticks in egg mixture.
Place chicken, cornflour, cornflakes and spices into a bag and shake to coat the chicken pieces.
Lay the chicken on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes
Cut up the lettuce and tomatoes.
Lay out the wraps, place lettuce, tomato and cheese down the centre.
Remove cooked chicken from the bone. Roll up the wrap. Serve.
